exception: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: IO Error: Socket read timed out   exception while creating connection for pool “soa-mds”: IO Error: Socket read timed out> this was Linux DNS problem and it solved by removing /etc/resolv.conf file.
