intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUserInsufficientAccess

Users with read only privilege are not able to access or login to the Content Server.  The error generated in the log is:

 

To resolve the issue, add the following configuration entry to the <cs_dir>/config/config.cfg and restart the Content Server.

LimitAccessToReadOnlyUsers=false
